Why can’t I log in to my account

Please check your email to see if your account has had an issue or has been restricted. If you have a Terms of Service violation, your account may be closed. If you had a previous account on a1fans.vip with a violation, your new account may be restricted or closed. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact support with any evidence or information that will allow us to review your situation.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings and select Delete Account.
Your account will be deleted and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you are a Content Provider with active Subscriptions, your account will be deleted once the last Subscription has expired.
No new subscriptions can be added to your account during this time.
Important: any active subscription will be lost and will never automatically renew.

Once deleted, your account will not be able to be restored and you will have to create a new one. You will receive an email confirmation upon the successful deletion of your account.

Who can use a1fans.vip

To use a1fans.vip you must first register and create a User account. You must provide a valid email address, a username, and a password. Your password should be unique (meaning that it is different to those you use for other websites) and must comply with the technical requirements of the a1fans.vip site for the composition of passwords.

To register as a User:

You must be at least 18 years old, and you will be required to confirm this;

If the laws of the country or State/province where you live provide that you can only be legally bound by a contract with us at an age which is higher than 18 years old, then you must be old enough to be legally bound by a contract with us under the laws of the country or State/province where you live;

You must be permitted by the laws of the country or State/province where you are located to join a1fans.vip and to view any Content available on it and to use any functionality provided by it;

You must not be a convicted sex offender.

If you do not meet the above requirements, you must not access or use a1fans.vip.
